www.stelipy.com offers a 14-day return option. If you do not like the product, or if you change your mind, you have 14 days after the date of receipt of the package, to send us the product. If you contact us after 14 days, or if the product has not reached us within this period, returns will not be accepted.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, as you received it.

Please do not send your product until you have received confirmation of support.

To be eligible for a return, please provide the following information to support:

• An email of your return request, sent to contact@stelipy.com within 14 days of receipt.
• 2 or 3 photos of the product.
• An email explaining the reason for the return/refund request.

Once we have obtained this information we will be able to decide how to proceed.

If your request has been accepted you will be promptly notified by email, and you will be given full details of how to return the product.

Once we have received the product, and inspected it, you will receive an email confirming that the product has been received.

If the return conditions have been met and the product is complete, you will receive a refund of your order. This will appear on your bank statement or Paypal account within 4-5 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded (not applicable to products ordered with free delivery).

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the package has not been delivered because you provided a wrong or incomplete address.
• If the package has not been delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, snow, package blocked at customs).
• If the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you say you have not received anything.
• If the parcel is returned to us because you have given a wrong address, or because the postman has not left a delivery notice (you will have to make a claim with the postal service of your country).
• The product was ordered during a promotion with Instagram influencer.
• Other exceptional circumstances that are not under the control of www.stelipy.com

In some of the above cases, we may however be able to return a package. For example if a parcel has been returned because a postman did not leave a delivery notice, we will send you a replacement parcel quickly and free of charge.

If you have indicated a wrong address, you will just have to pay the shipping costs to get a re-delivery.

Product exchange

We only exchange defective products. If you have received a faulty product, please contact us by email at contact@stelipy.com within 14 days of receipt of the product, and your product will be replaced as soon as possible.

Delivery

If you wish to return a product, the return costs will be at your expense.

In certain cases where we are responsible, we will pay the return costs. For example if you do not receive the correct product ordered, or if you receive a defective product.

Delivery charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will automatically be deducted from the total refunded (so this does not apply to purchases made with free shipping).

All products returned to us must be tracked to avoid any disputes. You will be able to provide us with the tracking number of the returned product at contact@stelipy.com.

You must also provide the order number, or a name/name in the parcel so that we can identify you, and reimburse you.

 

Please be aware that the product may arrive in a different package from the photo, but the product inside will be the same as advertised.
