The average delivery time is 5-8 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This business model allows us to make huge savings on storage and transport costs, so that we can offer you the lower price on the market.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery period. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be a slight delay in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link below:

We temporarily offer the shipping costs for all orders placed.

The rest of the time, shipping is charged £3.99

We understand that in some cases it can happen that the parcel gets lost in transit and we know how frustrating that is. We offer free reshipments for this type of issue as long as proof of payment is provided to our customer service team.

Please note that refunds are not an option for this type of case.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for informations to start showing on the tracking page.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt and after these 14 days you have another 14 days to return the product. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels attached. The product must not show any signs of use. A return must always include a tracking and tracing code. Shipping is always the responsibility of the sender. Once we have received your returned products in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within 14 days.
